Overview

The OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Information Technology provides learners with an advanced foundation for a successful career in IT across a wide range of organisations. Entry Requirements

To enrol, learners must:

  • Hold a relevant Level 4 qualification (NQF/QCF/RQF or equivalent).
  • Be 18 years or older at the start of the course.

Module Structure

The qualification is made up of 6 mandatory units, totalling 120 credits:

  • Software Engineering – 20 credits
  • Database Systems – 20 credits
  • Advanced Systems Analysis and Design – 20 credits
  • Management Information Systems – 20 credits
  • Network Information Systems – 20 credits
